ADTi has been taken over by Johnson Controls Inc. internationally.

2012

Ownership Changes

Major change of ownership of ADTi from Tomkins UK to Canadian Pension Fund. Subsequent take over of the JV by Ruskin Titus India from Caryaire.

2008

Ruskin Titus India Established

Ruskin Titus India Pvt Ltd has been established as a part of Air Distribution Technologies Inc (owned by Tomkins UK ) as a joint venture with Caryaire, India. Major factory fabricated duct manufacturer – Rolastar, has also been taken over in the process.
